First, thank you for all your suggested niche angles to explore. The most workable one to me is the baby naming.
My aim is not to trade time for money. So doing individual readings or selecting baby names does not have much leverage built in. Unless I am fortunate to land on lucrative assignments for such activity. I neither have the resources nor the interests to set up & do computerised readings. Otherwise, charging $2.97 per reading for the dating sites etc might be viable over a long term basis after doing thousands of them.
As Numerology Readings are really a personal service, so it takes a bit of thinking to apply the S.A.D. principles to make it worthwhile:
S = Systemize
A = Automate
D = Delegate
Due to deteriorating economic conditions, doing corporate gigs has stopped being viable as corporates has cut down entertainting expenses about 12 months ago already.
I am delivering my first workshop classes in early June after presenting 2 identical coming free intro nights in May. I aim to create flow on business from the course attendees like setting up a Master Mind Group or Coaching.
Thinking BIG but starts small, building it brick by brick.

The workshop sounds good. I really like JJ’s idea for a dating/compatability website. You could rake in on that if you found the right market (mainly women, probably younger girls and New Age type older women). I think you should look into that.

More on baby names. Parents go through a lot of consideration in order to get the best name for their baby. I know the development takes time but could you do a report that analyzed the most popular names – briefly with the most favorable aspects – and use that to generate the in depth service. Or, even go so far as to write a “for sale” book that gives reviews of names. I went through books like this for baby names as well as for character names for stories I was writing.

I did use a book of baby names when selecting my daughter’s name. My husband liked the name Rhiannon (sp?) but when I looked it up, it said that it meant “witch” so it was immediately crossed off the list.

You should do corporate events. Many Cold Readers make money by offering palm readings, tarot card readings or whatever their spin is as entertainers at corporate events.
There is much more money in this.
