Last two days, Michel Fortin blog about the troublesome Entitlement Mindset that some people have when they steal or highjack well-known people ’s name. The latest case he talked was someone pinched Larry Winget’s name in Facebook: “Did Larry Winget Go Overboard?”
Michel’s point was not so much about the user name itself, but about the intention behind it.
Well, after reading this kind of Facebook incident, I promptly checked mine, not that I am famous (yet), but out of curiosity whether my name is still intact.
Guess what? Last night here in Australia (23/6/2009 12:01 am Australian EST) I spotted something strange. When I signed into my Facebook a/c, it brings up someone else’s face and his friend list. But when I clicked on the “Home” & “Profile” icon, it’s still me & my friends!!
Ok, I just try again right now at the time of writing this, such abnormality does not exist anymore. So, I suppose it’s Facebook’s glitch yesterday. I hope such hiccup stays away from me (and you) forever!

I had a weird incident with facebook as well. My exgirlfriends chat box appeared on my page. The beauty of it was that she was talking about me when it occurred (nothing bad). Looks like the universe was looking out for me.

I think a name IS very important. Certainly, I do not know his intent in doing this. It is one of the issues for divorced singles after they have divorced. For a time, there can often be a distrust of the opposite sex and they need to re-enter the singles dating field with some dating skills rebuilding and great confidence.

Facebook sounds a bit dodgey. I changed my name by deed poll. When I was first born I had blond hair. My mother was overjoyed to have a blond and named me after her Polish friend, Halina. Then all my hair fell out and grew back dark brown. After I changed my name I also noticed some aspects of my personality became more prominent.

seriously. It reminds me of when within the same family when cousins set up their wedding dates to be right near each other after one bridal couple has already set the date of their nuptials. And then like their cousins apparently try to steal their thunder by setting their wedding date just before. PITB and how tremendously RUDE! I wonder about the karma they are sowing and what they will reap later when they do that. Like there are not 51 OTHER weekends in the year to choose from and other auspcious wedding dates! oy!
